A job interview is a good chance for a potential employer to paint a picture of you, and perhaps form an idea on whether or not you can work within their company.
Initially, when an individual gets told they have been granted an interview, they are excited. But after a certain period, the nervousness kicks in, and it’s important in the interview itself to make sure these nerves are settled.
Once the interview begins the main thing is to listen as careful as possible, and you should ideally have already done research on the company and the job role. Hiding nerves is not always easy but tiny things such as making eye contact, sitting up straight, keeping hands still and moving as little as possible can make a big difference, it can also help you relax and settle in to the interview.
Job interviews are part and parcel of getting a job, and the more interview you go on, you begin to know what they expect, eventually meaning you become more natural and comfortable.
