Ways to Increase your Job Responses

Actively applying for jobs is probably the best way to get the responses you desire, such as interviews, but occasionally you could go through a ‘dry-spell’ whereby you find you are not gaining any responses.
To make sure you get as many responses as possible, we’re providing you with a few pieces of advice:
- Adjust your CV to suit a different job role
- Create a new cover letter each time, rather than just changing the name of the company or HR manager.
- Set a target per day for the amount of jobs you need to apply for and exceed it.
- Ensure your CV includes: contact details, education, employment history, personality and achievements.
- Call back people who did not find you suitable and ask for feedback.
- Upload your CV to as many job websites as you possibly can.
